RETURNS

In the event of you wanting to return an order, please make sure of the following, otherwise, we will not be able to refund you your money and it may be extra hard to get your products back:

• The return is initiated within 60 days of your date of order
• The product is unused and undamaged
• All labels are still attached to the product

Once you have ticked all the boxed above, the process goes like this:

• Use the "contact us" button below to let us know about the return. Make sure you send us your order number.
• You will receive an email with instructions.
• Your return shipping is estimated to arrive at our warehouse facility in 8-12 business days.
• Our warehouse will at this point require 1-3 business days to process your return and to make sure the criteria mentioned above are fulfilled.
• As soon as our warehouse has approved your return, you will receive an email which confirms the refund has been issued. At this point, please allow 4-10 business days for the reimbursement to be transferred back to your account.
• The amount will automatically be refunded to the same card you used when placing the order.
